If we say that we have one socialist power, and two reactionary powers, and all three are enemies with each-other, should the socialist power pursue the path of

A) attack both reactionary powers at once and urge for revolution, thus making them to unite?

or

B) ally with one to defeat one to splinter them?

I am merely interested whether you put principles or strategy first.

Urge for a revolution in both, and don't attack. Crippling a country whose leaders are against us is really a bad idea. The victims will be the working class in the first place, not those leaders. Also it's not like you can start a revolution somewhere by marching in with your red army. Revolutions can only be started by the working class in those places.
The only long-term solution for the security of the revolution is to make the revolution happen worldwide, giving the capitalist class no room to organize.

Depends on whether you value idealism or realism primarily. Personally, depending on the actors involved and how opposed to them I was (and how strong the capitalist powers were in relation to each other), I may opt to pursue an aggressive policy towards one over the other. I wouldn't pursue an outright alliance, however. It would also be important to provide a solid model for workers and oppressed groups outside that shows the success and possibilities opened up by socialism.
