Antifascist flyer against terrorism/defending immigrant rights

This is one in a series of flyers I've been making against two members of the NSM (neo-Nazis) who are active in my area.

I'm not a lawyer but what does everyone think of the legal reasoning?

Some comrades and I are hoping to confront this Neo-Nazi. I hear he has been doing this for the last 3 weeks unchallenged.

great start...but a bit long. cut it down so there is less reading.
while posting on revleft, i would use a different name on the rough draft. you never know if any scumfronters are on the site and might use this against use.

Also, I was talking to a friend about this, and he felt that it might not be a good idea to use the FBI's definition of terrorism since left groups have also been targeted by the FBI for similar reasons. However, I think it is useful in showing the hypocrisy of the pigs who let stuff like this fly. Also, I see it as a bit like using a Bible verse to support an argument, even if we're not christian fundamentalists or supporters of the government, these are still institutions that (some) people can relate to. Is this too manipulative?
