So I saw a wealth of intelligence and interesting ideas from every spectrum on the left so I decided to see if I could enter this little society and make myself at home. I'm self-identified as an Anarchist but here's the shocker ; I'm 14 years old and quite new at the leftist thing, but I'm very interested. I'm nowhere near active but I want leftism mainly because it's healthy guidelines to live by; it's the only political ideology that incorporates an accompanying lifestyle, especially in Anarchism. I want to learn how to live in an Anti-Capitalist fashion, utilizing Capitalism as little as possible. As well as learning the more complex theoretical concepts and eventually becoming fully active. I hope this will be a healthy learning experience for me.

So yeah, whats good ?

This is inevitably pointless, you can't really avoid capitalism, I mean if you enjoy living out of dumpsters and making your own clothes then do it but don't think it has nothing to do with anarchism or class struggle.

Sorry if that came across as a little aggressive, it's just my opinion. Anywayz welcome to revleft, always lovely to see more anarchists here.

Hello and welcome :)

There are not many lifestylists on the boards but I am not opposed to it. Campaigning and boycotting capitalism can be combined although boycotting capitalism completely is difficult. It's a personal choice.

Enjoy your stay.

Well it is, sorta.

I'd say the predominant age-range would be 17-28. Just my guess based on my own experience. That said, there are quite a bit of people who are older than that and, as this thread shows, quite a bit in the sub-18 range.

I'm 18, for the record.
