Communism is a Side of a Government that Makes everyone in the country Equals, no rich and no poor. And Some people do think that Communism doesn't work because of CORRUPT OFFICIALS. They are called Capitalists and they are People who think they should be the Fatcats and tycoons and watch other people suffer.
Is this what communism is?
I need clarification please.

In communism there is no government, so it cannot be a "side of government". We want justice to the system. It means that you can just own the things you really use. No means of production, nor the labour of others are available for anyone to own.
When governments take the name of communism there are two options. They are either liars, or they only establish communism as a goal for the future. This semi-state is called a workers state, and the organization of such state is called socialist "government". Even in socialism every official must be elected by the workers, and they are not allowed to earn more than average workers. In socialism any official can be removed from their post immediately by those who put him there. If even one of these rules is not met, we are not talking about socialism, let alone communism.
There. I tried to make it as short and simple as possible, but I might be a bit confusing. Ask if something is unclear.

Communism is a Side of a Government that Makes everyone in the country Equals, no rich and no poor.
It's not a side of the government, it's a completely new state. Today most countries live under a capitalist state, which is ruled on a four year term by a capitalist party. The state's purpose is to keep capitalism going, no matter what.
We communists believe that when capitalism has "developed" into a certain point, the workers in it will overthrow the capitalist state and establish the transitional system, called socialism. Socialism redistributes wealth equally, and then ceases to exist. Then we will have communism.
And Some people do think that Communism doesn't work because of CORRUPT OFFICIALS. They are called Capitalists and they are People who think they should be the Fatcats and tycoons and watch other people suffer.
There are many who believe communism doesn't work, although there never were communism, and that it can't work. The most prominent argument against communism is that it is not in the human nature, that the Soviet Union showed it did not work, that millions died, that the government will control everything and so on.
In any case, the "officials" in communism will be more like you and me - ordinary workers, or by that time, people, who set up meetings to discuss problems and how to solve them together. I don't believe that there will be officials in the sense of what we have today, who are payed months on end to "fix things".
In other words, corruption will have a very small chance, if any at all, to even exist in a communist society. It would be like a corrupted demonstration.

This is communism from the point of view of the mass media or something.
Communism is the final stage of the historic progress of humanity. Capitalism can't be because it provokes inequalities: privileged maffias and mass suffering, war and death.

Thats anarchy actually sir. Communism is what happens when people think to dissolve capitalism slowly.

the word Communism has a few meanings
1 is the ideal classless stateless society at the end of historic social developement. another meaning (the most common one) is that communism is the ideology around this, the theories aimed at getting to the classless society through socialist developement and workers seizing power. proponents of this theory are communists.
So most countries that have had communist regimes, like the USSR, are communist in that they follow the communist theory, but you cant technically say they are communist societies in anything other than ideological aims. Economically and socialy they are Socialist countries.

Don't think in terms of "equals - no rich and no poor." That's a result, not the meaning. The meaning of socialism or communism is social ownership and democratic control by all of the people of the industries and services, production for social use rather than for private profit.
Communism isnt something you can explain shortly and in some few lines and be precise.
My short definition would be, a classless stateless and free equal society, where the economic could be easily described as "from each according his/her needs, to each according his/her needs".
No one is different, no one is better than someone else, you have your absolute freedom, which though ends where the next persons one starts.
Of course this is the definition of the communist society, by communism people may be referring to other things too, and have of course different definitions.

I understand communism 100%
No you don't. Everyone here is still learning, even the most knowledgeable member on this board. Just because you moved from a horrifyingly simplistic bourgeoisie definition to one that slightly more resembles reality does not mean that you understand everything 100%. The most important thing you need to learn is that you are never done learning something new, and when you give up learning, you give up deeper understanding.
