Cop Shot by Dead Prez (But then again anything by Dead Prez is good)
Dig It by the Coup, has some funny references.
For sheer skill. I'd say anything by Tupac, and Nas. A nice Ol'School sound you can get from "A Tribe Called Quest" and "Brand Nubian".
