1. Health and Safety check wouldnt have allowed them to do it, that one guy couldnt put the apple on his head for god's sake!

Moreover, would'nt surprise me if such a thing would happen in Russia.

Looks real to me. Looks like something horrible that could really happen. I don't know why it's somehow automatically "fake".

There is a possibility, that it was a trick of some kind and the arrow stuck to his head but didn't hurt him. The video cuts off once they run to him though....

I don't think it is real...I certainly hope it wasn't real because I laughed at it. They were terrible, also I feel if it were real we would have been able to see some blood.
