In a retardent country far far away(also know as Norway), artists like Britney Spears(Beers) and annoying boybands like Backstreet Boys and Five ruled the country. But still, there was those who opposed the influence songs by boybands and bimboes had on the younger generations; they called themself something that I dont remember, but anyway; they hated all artist with either too much implants or steroids, and made a pact; "no one shall ever listen to shit music by shitty artists". This pact was made a year ago and it still remains. We have lost two of the three members, but still we continue our struggle against too "nice" artists..
Now that that is said I kind of wonder if you know any good songs with either some heavy metal bands or something like that....

Isn't Norway home to millions of death metal bands? At least I seem to get that impression.

PS: Yes, Norway has some good death metal bands, but the problem is that they are smart enough to dont waste their time performing and making music in Norway..
Reason: Nobody listens to metal in Norway, everybody listens to Britney, Justin and all the pop music crap...

Yeah, I've been to your neighbours in Sweden and the music people played at parties and such, Jeeeeebus Christ... :(
There is however a lively underground death-metal and rap scene. Maybe you need to move across the boarder? Or to Denmark? :)

Dude, Norway is a black metal haven. Im surprised at what you said.
Anyhow, yeah Manson's music is good but he acts like an ass. I liked what he said once, though. He was being interviewed in a local radio station during the 2000 elections and he said that voters should be put in a capsule and killed. :)

i would say that Manson's mucis can be good, he acts like a tit for publicity but he does have a pretty good brain in there somewhere, it's jsut he prefers shock tactics.

Ive seen god-knows-how-many live concerts on dvd(my girlfriend is really into him), and I must say that the concerts is really amazing.... Better than some old chick standing still and screaming words no one can understand, not that Im saying that marilyn is so very understandebale, but still; what you DO understand of his lyrics is pretty good......and odd.....
but actually(look Felicia; I spelled it right) I just posted this post so I could get closer to the status where and extra star awaits me........

Woah, Politrickian, I had no idea you liked that stuff!!
You have to listen to RATM and SOAD and early Metallica stuff, and if you like a more rocky edge then I recommend Wheezer as well.

Celtic Frost and Emperor are a must if you like that type of stuff.

When I saw him live he was average, but by his own admission he was knackered that night so I'll give him the benefit of the doubt...

I know two death metal bands out of my state (Tasmania, Australia). One from Burnie, called Intense Hammer Rage. I've been told they are the 20th best death metal band in the world. I've also heard the second best or something is from Hobart (in Tas). Can't remember their names. Intense Hammer Rage got in trouble with the police recently, had their 'artwork' confiscated.

A friend of mine saw Manson live, he was very stoned and shoved a beer bottle up his ass on stage. Nice ;)
