I know that music hasn't always been packaged and sold in the form of albums like today, but what do you guys think is the best album put out ever? From any genre?
I think its, Dark Side Of Tha Moon

Mine changes every forty five minutes. This time it is "Disreali Gears" by Cream. Last time, "40 Oz. to Freedom" Sublime.
"Survival" is probably my favorite all-time record though. Every song is absolute wisdom (which is better than silver and gold).

I'm thinking Superunknown.
Are You Experienced? is definately a candidate as well. The other two were glorious as well, but this definately tops them off. Band of Gypsies wasn't very good IM very HO.

haha. "Creep"
Oh yeah, I just got on your site man. The three dubs are cool, especially the 400 dubs. What program did you use/what site? I was thinking about trying dub on other music besides Reggae. I am thinking my first project would be to try and dub John Coltrane.

OK, in my my opinion:
Plain old Led Zeppelin is better than both 2 and 4.
And "dark side of the moon" is one dope 45 minute long song, whereas the wall has a couple wack tracks.

To say that The Wall is better than Darkside is complete BLASPHEMY. Meddle, Animals, and Atom Heart Mother are better than The Wall in my opinion. Don't get me wrong, The Wall is amazing, but when you consider the amount of incredibly breathtaking albums Pink Floyd has made, The Wall is far from the best.
Other favs:
The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars- David Bowie
Labor Days- Aesop Rock
Ready to Die- Notorious BIG
Enter the Wu-Tang (36 Chambers)- Wu-Tang Clan
Welcome to the Canteen- Traffic
The White Album- The Beatles
All is One- Jacob Fred Jazz Odyssey
The list is CONSTANTLY changing.
