LOL. How exactly is this going to help anything? I mean, seriously, with some obsidion and some patience our ancestors made knives and weapons they used to take the friggin mammoths down, people in prison make knives out of metal shavings and whatever else they can find, and they think making kitchen utensils into epic-fail devices is going to solve anything? The only thing this will do is raise the death rate for people in their homes who go to their kitchen drawers to defend themselves from people busting in or their spouses trying to snuff them out. :rolleyes:

Yeah, those. There's some minimum size now for plastic bags in the city. You can still buy them out of city limits though, so it's a useless law. Lots of people just use cigarette cellophanes that are heat sealed, but those aren't exactly conducive to high volume dealing.
