What I'm wanting is for someone to edit a logo for me. The problem is that I can only get a crap quality version of the logo as the guy who designed it died last year.
Here is the logo, but I only want the arms on the left editing

Basically I'm having trouble editing it because its a crap quality, so what I want someone to do is either...
Prepare the logo to make it into a higher quality somehow by increasing the size and cleaning up the edges, so I can actually edit it the way I want it
or
Increase the size, clean it up and colour in the arms in different colours so its like the one below

The size I'm actually wanting is about 120 x 120 px, but making it larger than that would be even better for future use.
Any help would be appreciated :)
