they also have Act Now to Stop War and End Racism (ANSWER), listed under Category:"hate groups" because it does not support Israel

wow. i searched communism. they seem to not be able to get over the fact that communism is atheistic. its almost laughable that they slant communism in every way. even by saying the S&H is almost as offensive as the swastika in some countries.

thats a sad realization because some countries try their damndest to get rid of it :( (the sickle and hammer that is)

How peculiar that Obama is the ONLY president on their site who's middle name they thought important enough to show.
The page for Jesus is also quite comical.
Come to think of it, this whole site sounds like wikipedia set to "simple English," with the most overt conservative bias ever. Very funny though.

I once stumbled upon Conservapedia while doing some research for a class. It gave me quite a laugh when I saw the page about abortion. I also thought it was funny how they consider themselves "the trustworthy encyclopedia". What, are they trustworthy because they don't have our bias? Must be because we all know we're so biased, evil, and baby killers too.

I really hope more people put more valuable research time into proving Obama is a muslim. It'd totally alter the way I look at him, its just so unbelievably relevant.

"Obama uses the Muslim Pakistani pronunciation for "Pakistan" rather than the common American one"

That is some fucking evidence, Christians mispronounce countries all the time!!! :thumbup1:

"Obama's buddy Hugo Chavez "tightens his grip" by taking control over one-fifth of deposits."

Nearly all citations, I would like to point out, are from the Bible .

From the Obama page:
Obama is likely the first Muslim President

President-Elect Obama wearing traditional African garb, a gift from his hosts while visiting Kenya[21] (http://www.conservapedia.com/Obama#cite_note-20)

The argument that Obama is a Muslim includes:

Obama declared in prepared remarks, "The United States has been enriched by Muslim Americans. Many other Americans have Muslims in their families or have lived in a Muslim-majority country - I know, because I am one of them."[22] (http://www.conservapedia.com/Obama#cite_note-21)
Obama's background, education, and outlook are Muslim (http://www.conservapedia.com/Muslim), and fewer than 1% of Muslims convert to Christianity.[23] (http://www.conservapedia.com/Obama#cite_note-22)[24] (http://www.conservapedia.com/Obama#cite_note-23)
Obama's middle name (Hussein) references Husayn, who was the grandson of Muhammad (http://www.conservapedia.com/Muhammad),[25] (http://www.conservapedia.com/Obama#cite_note-24) which most Christians would not retain.[26] (http://www.conservapedia.com/Obama#cite_note-25)
Obama recently mentioned his religion as "my Muslim faith (http://www.conservapedia.com/My_Muslim_faith)."[27] (http://www.conservapedia.com/Obama#cite_note-26)
He has said that "Islam can be compatible with the modern world."[28] (http://www.conservapedia.com/Obama#cite_note-27)
Obama said the Muslim call to prayer is "one of the prettiest sounds on Earth at sunset," and recited "with a first-class Arabic (http://www.conservapedia.com/Arabic) accent" the opening lines: Allah is Supreme! ... I witness that there is no god but Allah ...."[29] (http://www.conservapedia.com/Obama#cite_note-28)
Obama stated that the autobiography of Malcolm X, a Nation of Islam leader who became a Muslim, inspired him in his youth.[30] (http://www.conservapedia.com/Obama#cite_note-29)
Obama raised nearly $1 million and campaigned for a Kenyan (http://www.conservapedia.com/Kenyan) presidential candidate who had a written agreement with Muslim (http://www.conservapedia.com/Muslim) leaders promising to convert Kenya to an Islamic state that bans Christianity.[31] (http://www.conservapedia.com/Obama#cite_note-30)
Obama's claims of conversion to Christianity arose after he became politically ambitious, lacking a date of conversion or baptism.[32] (http://www.conservapedia.com/Obama#cite_note-31)
In the book Obama,"Renegade" his friends say that "he actually really wasn't much of a churchgoer." [33] (http://www.conservapedia.com/Obama#cite_note-32)
On the campaign trail, Obama was reading "The Post-American World" by Fareed Zakaria (http://www.conservapedia.com/Fareed_Zakaria),[34] (http://www.conservapedia.com/Obama#cite_note-33) which is written from a Muslim point-of-view.[35] (http://www.conservapedia.com/Obama#cite_note-34)
Contrary to Christianity (http://www.conservapedia.com/Christianity), the Islamic doctrine of taqiyya (http://www.conservapedia.com/Taqiyya) encourages adherents to deny they are Muslim if it advances the cause of Islam.
Obama uses the Muslim Pakistani pronunciation for "Pakistan" rather than the common American one.[36] (http://www.conservapedia.com/Obama#cite_note-35)
Obama was thoroughly exposed to Christianity as an adult in Chicago prior to attending law school, yet no one at law school saw him display any interest in converting. Obama unabashedly explained how he became "churched" in a 2007 speech: "It's around that time [while working as an organizer for the Developing Communities Project (DCP) of the Calumet Community Religious Conference (CCRC) in Chicago] that some pastors I was working with came around and asked if I was a member of a church. 'If you're organizing churches,' they said, 'it might be helpful if you went to a church once in a while.' And I thought, 'I guess that makes sense.'"[37] (http://www.conservapedia.com/Obama#cite_note-36)
Obama is mentioned as helping to organize the 1995 million man march led by black Muslim (http://www.conservapedia.com/Muslim) leader Louis Farrakhan (http://www.conservapedia.com/Louis_Farrakhan) from the Nation of Islam (http://www.conservapedia.com/Nation_of_Islam). [38] (http://www.conservapedia.com/Obama#cite_note-37)
Obama has chosen the Secret Service (http://www.conservapedia.com/Secret_Service) code name "Renegade". "Renegade" conventionally describes someone who goes against normal conventions of behavior, but its first usage was to describe someone who has turned from their religion. It is a word derived from the Spanish (http://www.conservapedia.com/Spanish) renegado, meaning "Christian turned Muslim."[39] (http://www.conservapedia.com/Obama#cite_note-38)
Obama enjoyed a bigger increase in voter support in 2008 (compared to 2004) by Muslims than by any other voting group, including blacks;[40] (http://www.conservapedia.com/Obama#cite_note-39) "Muslim turnout in the U.S. elections reached 95 percent, the highest Muslim turnout in U.S. history."[41] (http://www.conservapedia.com/Obama#cite_note-40)
"President-elect Barack Obama (http://www.conservapedia.com/Barack_Obama) has yet to attend [Sunday] church services since winning the White House (http://www.conservapedia.com/White_House) earlier ..., a departure from the example of his two immediate predecessors."[42] (http://www.conservapedia.com/Obama#cite_note-41)[43] (http://www.conservapedia.com/Obama#cite_note-42)
Obama used his Muslim middle name when sworn in as President.[44] (http://www.conservapedia.com/Obama#cite_note-43)[45] (http://www.conservapedia.com/Obama#cite_note-44)
Obama botched his public oath of office in which he placed his hand on a Bible, then chose not to use the Bible for his real, private oath.

President Obama bowing to the King of Saudi Arabia - April 2009

At the G20 summit in April 2009, Obama bowed deeply to Saudi King Abdullah, a Muslim who is also the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques.[46] (http://www.conservapedia.com/Obama#cite_note-45) Never before in the history of the U.S. has a president displayed such shocking deference to a foreign official and Obama has not bowed to any other royal leaders. Obama later stated, "We have to change our behavior in showing the Muslim world greater respect."[47] (http://www.conservapedia.com/Obama#cite_note-46) Obama's spin doctors and left-wing apologists dismissed the obviousness of the bow. One anonymous aide stated, "It wasn't a bow. He grasped his hand with two hands, and he's taller than King Abdullah."[48] (http://www.conservapedia.com/Obama#cite_note-47) However, in video of the incident, Obama's left hand can clearly be seen staying at his side until after he had finished his bow.[49] (http://www.conservapedia.com/Obama#cite_note-48) Additionally, Obama also met with Queen Elizabeth, who is much shorter than King Abdullah, but he did not bow when he shook her hand and neither he nor the queen appeared to have any difficulty.[50] (http://www.conservapedia.com/Obama#cite_note-49) (Many liberals and even a handful of conservatives have proposed that President Bush also bowed before King Abdullah.[51] (http://www.conservapedia.com/Obama#cite_note-50) However, there is a vast, inexorable difference between bending down to receive a medal as Bush did and bowing in deference to a foreign leader as Obama did.)
Obama required that a religiously affiliated college take the extraordinary action of concealing with wood the monogram "IHS", which represents the name of Jesus, during a speech by Obama there[52] (http://www.conservapedia.com/Obama#cite_note-51)

Obama tries to downplay his Islamic (http://www.conservapedia.com/Islamic) background by claiming that his Kenyan (http://www.conservapedia.com/Kenya) Muslim (http://www.conservapedia.com/Muslim) father was a "confirmed atheist (http://www.conservapedia.com/Atheist)" before Obama was born, but in fact less than 1% of Kenyans are atheists, agnostics, or non-religious.[53] (http://www.conservapedia.com/Obama#cite_note-52) There is apparently no evidence of any Christian activities or local church participation by Obama while he was in Massachusetts from 1988 to 1991, nor of Barack Obama's joining of a Mosque (The Islamic house of worship) at any time in his life. Finally, Obama abruptly left his radical Christian church in Chicago in 2008, when it became politically controversial, without first finding another church to join. On April 7, 2009, Obama visited a mosque in Istanbul, Turkey.[54] (http://www.conservapedia.com/Obama#cite_note-53)

why is their logo the american flag anyway?

Since when did the stars and stripes become the defined logo of conservatism?

That would be like making a communist-pedia and putting the russian flag on it because russia was once communist.

There is a difference between conservatism as a political tradition and conservatism as American ultra-chauvinism and Christian fundamentalism. This website is obviously by and for the latter.
