How important is the Iran election?

The campaigning is over and voters are ready to have their say. What will the election mean for Iran's future?

Not extremely important since the position of president in Iran is a fairly weak position. The real power lies with with the clerics and unfortunately their positions in the government are reserved for them and are not subject to electoral contests.
