I have created the above Facebook group recently. Here are the details as they appear on the page:

The BNP have won two seats on the European Parliament. Join this group and:
- Register your disgust at the rise of fascism in Great Britain,
- Post details of any petitions, demonstrations, rallies and any other anti-BNP events in your area,
- Talk with like-minded people about how to fight back against the fascist BNP,
- Find out about local events in your area which you can get involved in.

We can put a stop to this outrage as long as enough people mount a strong enough opposition. Already, events are being organised nationwide. Please invite your friends to this group, spread the word, and end this disgusting rise of neo-Nazi politics in the UK!

The BNP's immigration policy is nothing short of BLATANT RACISM.
The BNP DO NOT stand for working class people.
The BNP have NO PLACE in British politics.

Start the fightback! Fight against fascism in the UK!

Obviously, this being my first post, I can't post the actual link so you'll have to copy and paste into your browser.

Please join this group, invite your friends, and keep up to date on anti-BNP events in your area. Together, we can mount a huge opposition to the rise of fascist filth in the UK.

NAZI SCUM OFF OUR STREETS

In solidarity,

Tom

Joining a facbeook group against the BNP where you discuss activity is somewhat ddodgy because your picture appears and its open to anyone. Be careful.

What he said.
I don't suggest that users join antifascist FB groups generally, its a easy way to give away your picture, location, and other details.

I also reccomend that people put some privicy setting on their existing FB pages, or set up anonymous ones to join such groups.
Stormfront has had a few threads where they have gloated about the info they have collected from such FB groups.

But you're free to do what you want people, just be careful and stay safe.

You could surely try a little bit harder than that, Tommy1990?

7.6% of my home town Wrexham's vote, scarey shit. I went handing out flyers with the Socialist party which my cousin is apart of against the BNP met at least three people who said they were gunna vote for them.

This facebook group thing couldn't be a scam trying to discover member details?

I know I'm probably going to end up on Redwatch for this, but I'm prepared for it!

I am also actively involved in organising two 'Rock Against Racism' style gigs in my local area with the backing of trade unions, as well as an anti-BNP demonstration through the City centre. I'm also involved in organising a trip to Derbyshire to demonstrate at the Red White and Blue Festival. What are you doing?

If you are really that paranoid, I will send you a picture of my Socialist Party membership card, complete with my name and reference number on the back.

What are you doing?

It looks suspicious you cant argue with that, if you want to play little who does more games we will see who wins that one.

play nice kids.

It may look suspicious, but I'm just asking people not to be so paranoid, because that will only hinder our efforts in uniting against the BNP. And I'm not trying to play 'who does more games'. I was merely implying that people shouldn't be so hasty to criticise if they aren't going to criticise themselves in the same manner, especially before they know all the facts, as it strikes me as hypocritical and narrow-minded.

Anyway, aside from all this, could we possibly get back to discussing methods to fight the BNP rather than fighting amongst ourselves?
