Youre implying that a state actually can be communist which, if one is to believe the posts thats on this forum, is a contradiction in terms. A state cannot be communist, as that is the state- and classless society.

Indeed, you must be talking about a socialist society there ChetheLiberator or a state that has got closer to completing the transition to socialism to communism. A communist state is superflous as there wouldn't be a "state" in communism as Absolut pointed out.

If we change "communist state" to the dictatorship of the proletariat, then I would say either Anarchist Catalonia or The Paris Commune. But those are the obvious choices.
