I think these "Hey, who likes such and such" threads are getting a little redundant, but I'd just like to know if I'm not alone as an avid fan of trip hop.

That's to say, music such as Tricky, Portishead, and Massive Attack, who incidentally are coming out with their follow-up to Mezzanine next month entitled "100th Window", which will most definitely be great.

If you are into trip hop, I recommend you listen to a band called Lovage. This is just me spreading the greatness of the great Mike Patton again, though. Lovage is Mike's extremely sexually driven trip hop effort, with Jennifer Charles, Dan the Automater, and Kid Koala.

"Blowback" by Tricky is a great album, and I love Massive Attack. Also, Dan the Automator is cool. Some of the gorrillaz' stuff is pretty trip-hoppy as well, i highly reccommend it.

Ugh. I think Blowback is by far the weakest album Tricky's put out. Pick up his first CD, Maxinquaye. THAT'S a truly great album.

KS, I got my copy of the Lovage album off of CDNow, myself. It's called "Music To Make Love To Your Old Lady By". I take it you're a Deltron 3030 fan, no?

Massive Attack is cool. I personally prefer Street-hop though.
