In the Netherlands on Thursday, the Party for Freedom, the party of controversial right-wing politician Geert Wilders, won 17 per cent of the vote, taking four seats in the European parliament.
The 45-year-old firebrand politician has declared himself on a mission to fight the "Islamisation" of the Netherlands.

I did not expect people to vote for the PVV (partij voor de vrijheid - party for freedom) as much as they did. On the following site you can see which party won in the different counties using google maps. Use zoom.
-Green pencils mean the party who got the most votes was the CDA (christian-dems who are traditionally strong in the south-east provinces).
-Yellow means the CU/SGP won, a coalition of the more orthodox Christian parties. These fuckers are strongly represented in our 'Bible Belt', wich is a straigt line from the province of Zeeland in the South-West towards Zwolle in the East.
-Dark green stands for the überdemocrats of D66, their campaign was pro-europe. They won in Amsterdam, Utrecht and Arnhem.
-Dark blue is for the PVV. They won in the Randstad, the urban agglomerate wich covers nearly all of the west of the Netherlands.
-Red is for the social-dems of the PvdA, they are tradionally strong in the North, but suffered heavy losses even there.

Use google translate if your Dutch is a little rusty.
The CDA still dominates, but the PVV took second place out of nowhere. Both get 5 seats in the European parliament. D66 had just 1 seat for the past 5 years but they were victorious and now take 3 seats. The liberal fuckers of the VVD lost a seat, probably to the PVV who overtook the liberals on their own turf - the right wing bullshit department. The PvdA socialdems were also victimized for not getting their point across. While the PVV and SP (socialist party) made it clear that they were nationalistic anti-Europeans and D66's campaign slogan was 'Europe, Yes!' the PvdA's campaign posters read 'PvdA - Strong and social'. This has cost them 4 seats, they went from 7(!) to 3. The Socialist Party kept their 2 seats, just like the orthodox christian fuckers of the CU/SGP coalition.
