So I've been downloading some acid jazz tonight, and I fucking love it. Thing is, I know absolutely nothing about it. Anyone a "fan" of it, enough to tell me some shit like the best artists, its time, form etc??

I'm sort of into acid jazz. I own a few compilation albums I picked up, but I'm not an expert on it in any way.

I'm a big acid jazz fan as well as all other forms of downtempo electronic music. DJ Mark Farina puts out a compilation called Mushroom Jazz. They've made four of them and my personal favorite is number 3 (haven't heard 4 yet). Om Records puts out alot of Farina's stuff, he's pretty sick. You should also check out the Naked Music record label, they've got some pretty hot artists like Miguel Migs and Bluesix. I'm always glad to see people opening their minds up to music, if you have anymore questions just send me a private message or something.

Alright...quick update. I just heard some a really chill track from a producer named Noel Zancanella, definately check this guy out.

Just check it out. It doesn't really warrant describing. It reminds me of 70s gangsta films for some reason...
