My name is Geoff, and I live in Rochester, New York. I am a studying Communist. The leftist scene in Rochester is not very big. I know a few Anarcho-syndicalists. And there is also an SDS chapter here (Students for a Democratic Society), but I asked my friend and it didn't seem as if there were any other communists in this chapter. I also witnessed a video posted by one of their members being very hostile towards Socialism/Communism. So here it doesn't seem like there is much for Communists, but I am glad to find such a site as this as well as a great resource for Communist learning, marxists.org. It is good to meet you all :)
