The Racoons and Dilbert spring to mind immediatly, but can anyone think of any others that present a strong anti-capitalist tone that managed to slip under the radar of the media bourgeois?

Dilbert is funny. I never thought of it as anti-capitalist though. Dilbert seems himself a bit of a cappy.

Well, it's the very negative light it shines on capitalism that made me label it anti-capitalist. Where the PHB is totaly incompitant and hinders production, Catbert finds more and more ways to exploit and oppress the working class and the company directors are appointed solely on bieng able to pass a test to prove thier lack of morals.

Dilbert himself seems increadibly frustrated by all this and just wishes he was allowed to be a worker without having to navigate this minefield of capitalist heirachy on a daily basis. I'm not so sure about Dogbert. He's put in quite a good light by the comic for his ability to manipulate capitalism, but he does seem a little evil, although not on the scale of the directors or Catbert.

Dilbert is not anti-capitalist but, in fact, pro-capitalist and anti-worker.

I suspect when the OP was referring to cartoons, they meant actual animated cartoons, not the still ones you get from newspapers.
