The Dead Kennedys - I like' em. Do you?

I like them. Do you? I just got "Plastic Surgery Disasters" and "In God We Trust INC." They are great. I like this one song in I.G.W.T INC, "We've got a Bigger Problem Now" I also like "Nazi Punks Fuck Off" and in "Plastic Surgery Disasters", "Riot" is great. What do you guys think?

East Bay Ray is an ass. It's a shame that the Dead Kennedy’s are still touring without Jello, it's also really bad that a flyer they used to promote a show had Jello's face on it when he hasn't been in the band for over a decade.

hehe, they're one of my favorite bands.

And, yeah, 3/4 of the group members are sellouts, they sued Jello claiming he was responsible for money losses because Jello refused an offer from Levi's to use their song "Holiday in Cambodia" for one of their commercials. They tried claiming the right to the songs, which Jello wrote, I don't know where that ended up, though. But the other 3 members were awarded $200,000 in damages.

Anyways, all their albums are good, my favorite songs include "Forest Fire", "Chickenshit Conformist", "California Uber Alles" among others.. Jello has some albums of his Spoken Word tour on which he discusses politics and what not, they're pretty good and
are surprisingly not boring, and I believe they are sold through his own Alternative Tentacles record label.

Just don't ask me about reunion concerts. I don't ever see how I can respect them or trust them again.

I don't like when members of bands get greedy and just do it for the money. That really sucks. That also sucks that they sued Jello for "money loss".

My favorite band, or one of them. The Misfits and Dead Kennedys are my Top 2. The best DK CD is "Frankenchrist." Jello was taken to court over it because the original album cover was a field of penises.

I heard it used to be the original album cover. One morning police raided his house and snagged every copy of the album for evidence and he was charged with passing around indecent images to little kids, or something to that effect.

He talks about all this on his Spoken Word album "Tales From the Trial."
