its just a sort of rag nothing special really. if you want to get one try the che store (http://www.thechestore.com/) they might have something along those line. if they dont you can just make one. i did and its works just fine :)

Thanks :) You mean just like a square piece of red cloth? What size should I cut the cloth?

And how do I add a symbol to it?

well get a square piece of cloth and fold it over diagonally so its a triangle then just ties it around your face. for the symbol i guess you could spray paint it on or cut it out and sew it on whichever you think is better. i duno about size whatever suits yourslef your the one wearing it ;). hope this helps :)

It's called a bandana.

The tops a baseball hat (cap) and the fabric is kind of a bandana. They look screen printed (silk screen) or stenciled on with spray paint.
