Does anyone know of that British Columbian group Hot Hot Heat? I heard them once, and I was like "Hey, this shit's awesome." I'm not much of a rocky type (or pop-punk, or anything of the sort), but I really like them. Is there any other group that's kinda similar?
Also, I recently heard that Brit band The Streets. Is what they do garage music? I haven't the slightest.. Any groups similar to them?

I haven't heard anything of them besides their single, "Let's Push Things Forward." Man, that song is hilarious.
The guy's rhymes and flow are totally awful, but it's very amusing to hear a rapper with an extremely thick British accent.
Plus, the beat's pretty cool.

No...garage music is much more moronic. The Streets defy genres really. I just call them alt-dance.

No, to be honest. They're kinda in a class of their own...

I really like the Streets, although a lot of people I know don't. Someone told me the guy made his demo as a joke but some record company really liked it. I think it's awesome, he has alot to say about life for people like him.
