Here is a short film which I found about the struggle for workers control in several Venezuelan factories. It's really interesting and inspiring although there is a lot of talking in it.

Thanks for the video - very interesting. It's one-sided of course, which makes me a bit suspicious. I'm not talking about needing to present the capitalist side - instead, I'm suspicious that the more "co-management" there is, the more it gets away from "self-management".

However, if all the employees there feel as good about the situation as they look in the video, then more power to them :rolleyes:
