ok so i'm not talkin about linkin park or limp fucking bizkit here. i'm on about the good stuff. like fear factory ft. b-real - back the fuck up, slayer ft. ice-t - disorder, the kush project demo and various public enemy tracks.
does anyone hae any other suggestions?
NOT metallica and Ja Rule please!

Well, the obvious rap-metal band is Rage Against the Machine. I also quite like (hed) Planet Earth, but they're too nu-metal for many. The other "rock" band who mix rap well is Candiria, although in a slightly odd way, that is more jazzcore-metal than rap-metal.

Some hip-hop acts do guitars, like Run DMC, Public Enemy (every now and then), and of course Cypress Hill (half of their Skull and Bones LP is rap-rock).

Downset is more HC/rap (or rapcore) than rap-metal. If you like them you should definitely check out Denied.
