I like him, not only cause hes a Chavista, but because hes a good player too. It's nice to see that a Detroit team as someone smart on it. Since usually pro-sports (in America at least) is dominated by politically unaware people, or just plain twats.

I'm a fan. I thought it was classless the way the Gusanos booed him every time he came to the plate at the World Baseball Classic in Miami this Spring.
