Did this graphic for an upcoming issue of Working People's Advocate. It'll also be available on items through our Zazzle store.

I like this chart. In fact, it looks much like the SLP's SIU chart with more updated graphics. Very, very good job! Kudos.

It looks quite professional, by professional meaning something I'd see in my high school science book. The actual graphics aren't bad at all, and the chart's good, just a hideous colour palette dude.

I got bored looking at it for 5 seconds.

What sort of items are these? You're not seriously considering putting it on tshirts or mousepads are you?

Way to much colors and fancy designs, it's supposed to explain the situation right? Why not keep it simple then?

We have it on the back of a shirt (as per request of one of our members), but mainly as a poster and other paper items. No mousepads.

I was looking for a way to do this graphic and keep it from "greying out" -- that is, having the different components wash into each other because of a lack of color. Maybe I bent the stick too far in the other direction, but I did my best to keep it from going way overboard.
I can send you the PSD if you want to play with the colors and come up with a better scheme.

The top half of the chart is modeled directly on the SLP's SIU graphic (a sensible thing, given that the point of departure for our RIU strategy is SIU). The bottom half is inspired by that graphic, but includes the workers' council structure that the original SIU does not have.

Attention Deficit Disorder, maybe?

True. Also, some of the graphics used to represent the various elements of the "RIU" are very suggestive, such as the local industrial congresses are shown as pieces of a puzzle (parts of a coherent whole, perhaps?) and the conventions are shown as large industrial or machine wheels. Very imaginative use of images!

Yeah, feel free brother :) No promises haha, but I'll try and play with it in the next few days.

I sounded a bit defeatist. Its a nice chart. Would look good on a poster, but for me not on a shirt :)
Miles: if you're going to do any 'logo' tshirts, I reccommend WPA reclaiming the "kick ass for the working class" from one of the old CL videos. Hell, i'd even buy one - that was a good slogan.

It's already up as a poster (http://www.zazzle.com/revolutionary_industrial_unionism_poster-228671756104249373?gl=WorkersParty). We also have it as a postcard (http://www.zazzle.com/revolutionary_industrial_unionism_postcard-239986024415453286?gl=WorkersParty), which I thought was a good use of the graphic, too.

We already have the "All Power to the Working Class" shirts (http://www.zazzle.com/all_power_t_shirt-235309336805765668?gl=WorkersParty), buttons (http://www.zazzle.com/all_power_button-145951299064644669?gl=WorkersParty) and stickers (http://www.zazzle.com/all_power_sticker-217971331151600300?gl=WorkersParty) up on there. But, yeah, the "Kick ass..." slogan would be a good one to have. Thanks for the suggestion!
