AudioSlave - what do you think of 'em?

i think they're an awesome band, of course i liked sound garden in the first place, but they're better. i definitely prefer rage over them, but still ain't bad. lack the message rage put out though, with chris writing the lyrics. i'd like to see tom write some sometime.....

Very, very boring music. If it wasn't for Tom's amazing guitar work this would be your basic hard rock/numetal sort of band. I really miss the politicalism of RATM as well. Oh well, we can only hope for Zack's stuff (coming on the Matrix II soundtrack).

I also liked Rage when Zack was in. I have all their CD except for the first one "Rage Against The Machine". I think AudioSlave is okay and Chris Cornell sings kinda of cool but it is just not the samewithout zack.:(

Nobody has Zack's style, at least I havn't heard anyone like Zack. And I think Audioslave sucks, I havn't heard everysingle song, but from what I've heard it's boring.

I have heard just Cochise and i like it and video is cool but RATM would never do video like that. I don't think i buy the Audioslave cd but Zack's solo cd i have to buy whenever it will released.

I think audioslave are cool, but not as good as Rage were, Rage's lyrics said more.

Audioslaves album is officially released here in N.Z. tomorrow but Im afraid nothing will ever match SoundGarden in their early 90s hey day (before they went mainstream and sappy). And as for Rage Against the Machine-Well at least we have our memories.....Wheres all the good music???
