I agree that metal is awesome but sepultra does not kick ass as much as it does SUCK ass.

I listened to the cd, "roots." I really don't like sepultra although I must confess that I USED to really like them a lot. I don't know what happened but whenever i grow out of a band like system or sepultra, I generally tend to hate them as opposed to simply growing out of them

IMHO Roots is a very bad image of what Sepultura is. Ever listened to Bestial Devestation, Beneath the Remains or Arise?

I have listened to Benesath the Remains but not Bestial Devastation or arise. I didn't care for Beneath the Remains although I do believe it was much of an improvement over the roots cd. I don't know why I forgot to mention that one. I will be sure to give them another chance and listen to the other cd's you mentioned though.

never heard that one either. I will listen to it since it is the best album in your opinion.

my other question for you. Do you like soulfly as well? or are you more of a sepultra only fan?

Soulfly... hm... I have "3", I liked it for a month but then it just got boring to me. Although I have heard a few numbers of their(or should I say Max's =P) other albums I can't really comment on them.

And if you haven't listened to Chaos AD... No wonder you don't like them anymore.

I like Iron Maiden and Metallica. They are okay. Sepultra is also good.
