I love christmas. Because it is a time of family and all that crap but I hate the fucking commercialism of it all. There was a christmas ad on around the 14/15 of October over here. It's just ridiculous, it wasn't even halloween at that stage. I wish they weren't allowed put on Christmas ads until ten days before christmas day or something. They are devaluating the magic of this season with their goddamn commercialism. When I am president I will implement this law immediatly.

I love Christmas time as well. I love it when it gets cold and overcast so you just sit inside next to a fire, getting all cozy, reading. And the copious amounts of good food, no ramen for a bit! Most people are in a good mood (till the credit card statement comes) and treat each other nicely. My family actually sits down to eat together and pops some poppers. I just wish I had a girl to share the time with.

I enjoy the gift aspect of Christmas but I despise the religious aspect. There is a lot of commercialism where I live too. All sorts of Christmas related objects were available before halloween, it just ruin christmas's magic.
Now allow me to recite some incredibly juvenile chrismas songs.

I won't even bother with the jingle bells songs especially the one with batman. It will remain a timeless classic for all school yard kids from 5 to 18.

I love Christmas! The snow, the candles, the little lights in trees outside, the feeling, THE HOLIDAY, the silence all around you. I love the feeling.

Though, it's so.. like... buying, money, shop shop shop!!! You don't have to make your own Christman like that. I prefer the traditional, old Christmas.

wow that was ust what i was thinking avamatha... thats christmas to me and my family... just the snow and getting to decorate the tree and just a big excuse for us to have parties, get together and get drunk, its great! actualyl is.... i love it!

I enjoy christmas, tis a happy time ( ah the Coca Cola song makes christmas!) but i havent received my present yet, it was purchased on amzon.com on 9th Dec and those fantastical Royal Mail i heard are on strike or a go-slow. It is now 29th Dec and no present!
