Ok first off I would like to tell you about my day so far. I had court at 8:30 today and when I got there at about 8:20 I noticed a rather small child in the hallway outside the courtroom. I thought he was just there because his mother had no one to watch him while she went to court, turns out he was the one who had to go to court now that right there rightly pissed me off. I mean come on a 5 year old child hasn't really developed the ability to see the consequences of their actions. So what if they decide to throw a rock and it breaks a window or puts a dent in your car you shouldn't press charges against the kid and give him a record for the rest of his life! Also what I was at court for was I was given a consent decree which says my crime will not be put on my record if I do things such as community service, restitution, and an apology letter in a certain amount of time, all of which I did, but because they were not able to contact my mother, the social worker thought I was not following my agreement so he decided to call for a revoke of my consent decree, but while I waited in the hallway he came to talk to me and I told him I had fufilled all the requirements of my consent decree, showed him my community service hours and apology letter. He told me he would tell the District Attorney that I had fufilled the requirements of the consent decree and I wouldn't need to go through another court case, and while I sat in the court room I heard the social worker tell the DA that, the DA said he agreed and wouldn't pursue another case. But the judge didn't know that I had fufilled the consent decree's requirements and started asking me if I wanted an lawyer and such I said no and then he asked me if I would like a trial to which I replied no after a few more questions from the judge I realized the DA wasn't going to tell the judge that I had fufilled my requirements and was trying to get me to get myself a new court case by continuing with the judge's question, so I told the judge that I had fufilled my consent decree and had discussed it with the social worker, so the judge asked the DA if he know about this to which he finally spoke up. I couldn't believe the DA delibrately didn't say anything about the consent decree in a effort to get me another court case, although he is a republican. Fucking bastards.
