Just wondering how old users of this site are. There is a common belief that most far-leftists are just young, angry teenagers. Several old people who I have had discussions with have often said they used to be socialists or commies etc but as they got older and entered the world of "real Politique" they accepted that the lefts views were outdated, non applicable etc.

I'm 55. Go ahead and laugh at me being old -- my own college-age kids do. But at least I had the chance to be there at that rare moment when the birth control pill had just became easily available and every sexually-transmitted disease could be easily cured with antibiotics. Lmaoo .. my reasoning behind the categories were that 19-24 would be people who are students or within the self-realization phase. 25-50 as that would be people who are past this phase and have gained a fair amount of life experience and stuff.
