Quick Question...

Just a quick question ive always wondered about the Antifa logo... i have Antifa tattooed down my arm, but the flags ive got on my arm are different to the one on the Antifa website... on mine, the front flag is red, and the back flag is black... on Antifa website it is the other way round... i got it the way i have it, because on all the pictures i have of it it is that way and never really payed attention to it.... is there any significant reason why the logo's vary even tho Antifa is still attached to it... e.g the Polish and German Antifa sites ext...?

Yeah i know what ya mean, it doesn't hold any signifigance which way round you have the flags, its more of an asthetic choice. Nobody will think you are more communist (red) than anarchist (black) or vise versa, just because of the order you have the flags.

So you got nowt to worry about.

Fair play to ya man. Its a cool tattoo and a great logo. I dont think it matters which way your flags are. Anarchists aren't fussy as long as the red & black are there.

not completly true, when dutch afa was formed (wich always been dominated by anarchists/autonomists) it was an counsius decision to switch the collors to difrentiate from the (then) marxist dominated german afa.
new afa organisation followed this tradition hence why scandinavian afa sybols are most of the time red front and eastern european are black front or completly black.
in german several of the new chapters now also put black front to distance themself from the most of the time anti-german dominated older groups.

but i myself use the red front becuase i find it aestaticly more pleasing and to wind up my fellow afa activists.
