I heard it is commercial rap. I don't think you should listen to it.

you know I uh.... heard that the roots were doing a big pepsi sponsor sometime soon. Maybe you should boycott them along with all of the other rap bands. cause you can never be too sure. maybe they are commercial.

p.s if the shit is ill, maybe you should take it too the doctor and get some medication for it. That will perc the shit right back up in no time. Don't worry, it happens all the time. My shit gets ill sometimes too.

First of all teh roots did a coke commercial so did the black eye peas

that doesn't make them Commercial, they don't rap about how much money they have, and theyre music is real.

It isn't bling bling, hos, can cars.

They are about the music

second Jurassic Five commercial? IF your video is played on a second rate skateboarding show you aren't commercial

third if you don't know what you are talking about...shut the fuck up dumbass

I mean come on man you don't know the first thing about hip hop

commercial, underground or otherwise.

How do you know Nirvana never gave there money to a sweatshop in south east asia so they could buy more four year old laborers?

You can enver be to sure

Its called Power In Numbers, I like it a lot too. Did you see them on Conan last week? I'm thinking, damn, this is the same J5 that no one knew about, and they're on Conan O' Brien!! Anyways, they haven't changed at all, even though they're getting play on MTV and BET.

I thought J5 (or whatever their first album was called) was better than Quality Control.

Tracks like Jayou and, uh......the instrumental one (what was that called?).

yes, their EP album was nice from track to track, its only too bad it has 5 actual songs on it with i think 3 interludes (cant find my cd case right now). but, nonetheless, it's an album essential to jurassic 5

killingstars,

Want to send me the DVD? I'm always up for some free stuff
Anyway I heard about 7 songs off Power In Numbers on the radio. They played some of the album on the radio over here about 2 weeks before the albums release. What I heard was pretty good except for them doing that song with Nelly Furtado. I downloaded one song so far which was A Day At The Races with BDK and Percee P. Gotta love that beat.

Didn't like teh nelly furtado song?

Now I'm anxous to hear the ones the roots did with her

some people said it was good and some people said she just should have stayed on the hook and done no verses

i like the nelly furtado song. i thought she did a good job, and the song as a whole came together well. the song she appears on is called Thin Line.

BornOfZapatasGuns,

it's limited edition i think i'll keep it. but thanks for the offer of taking free stuff off my hand. i'll consider that when i run into free stuff. :)

anyways, i don't like the nelly chick, but i really like the lyrics of the song and the beat, so i block her voice her. it's a good song. so far it's one of my favorites.
