This is so typical. Everytime I see pics or videos from demonstrations in Russia, no matter what the demonstration is about, you see the police beating up the demonstrators. The only type of demonstration where I haven't seen people beaten up by the police were fascist or nazi demonstrations.
But good pics!

Well either those are 2 Russian police men attacking that man or its something else but in the past the supporters of the CCCP in Current Russia werent treated to well. And by all days of May Day the Russian Goverment must loath this day for all the Communists in Russia gather and celibrate the International Workers day and its somewhat of a flashback of "bad memories" to the ones in power and we all know the Elite of Russia now hate the CCCP.

This is so expected of the "Republic of Korea" to ast like this on all days. The hatred of Communists in South Korea can be seen by anyone and this hatred has been going on since 1950 after the Korean Peoples Army took Soul. And they say their better then the DPRK...
can you blame them?
Well after Stalin the CCCP wasnt that good in all places. But still to assault Citizens for just wanting an old Goverment back and wanting Socialism back arent those the true villians?

They'll only be protected while serving their masters and if they disobey well then thats another story. Does anyone have any May Day Irish pics?

The guy in the surgical mask ruins it, he looks like a prick. Is that a demonstration against swine flu or something?

Surgical masks aren't too uncommon on demos. They are a bit of an eye sore though especially when they are sported by Anarchists dressed in black.
Any London pics as I was there that day?

some well-made banners throughout! I liked the two talking bubble ones, especially the one referencing the old Bolshevik poster
