Internet Hosting Question, Anyone Know?

I'm going to start some blogs. Unfortunately, the blog world (like the regular one) is full of capitalist opportunists. The web is flooded with false information about various web hosting companies. I don't know anyone to ask, at the moment, so I thought I'd try here. Does anyone know a cheap host that can provide the following?

1. High Uptime
2. Unlimited Bandwidth
3. Ulimited GB
4. Unlimited Domain Names

By domain names, I mean the ability to have www.cat.com and www.fish.com without incurring an extra cost. I've been trying for hours, but I'm no closer to finding an answer to this question.

Why would you need all of this for a blog?

just use a site like blogger (https://www.blogger.com/start) etc. its so much easier. i have two already

I think Wordpress is your best bet, Dooga. They're completely free, and I know you can pay for some extra features that it sounds like you'd be interested in.
