Maybe nearly a decade of computer game/film violence has desensitised me, but I didn't find that too shocking. Unpleasant in it's realism, certainly, but it didn't make me want to vomit. I'd probably have to smell it and handle it for myself for full verisimilitude. Even then, I've worked in the gut room of a slaughterhouse so I'd probably get used to it.
