So who's going to win the fight tonight?

I don't know, and I won't know, because Dish Network are being assholes, and no new file has come out for me to upload onto my pirate satellite box.

Don't feel too bad, it wasn't even worth going to the bar to see it. Hatton was overmatched from the start. Feel bad for the people who bought it on pay-per-view.

It wasn't even a fight. Hatton was saved by the bell after two knockdowns at the end of round one, Pacquiao finished him off easily at the end of the second.

From now on the only hype I want to hear about Ricky Hatton is how he'll make good target practice.

Hatton just isn't good enough. He wasted his talent early in his career with his crap diet and lack of training.

No, Hatton is a good fighter. He spent his entire career beating up professional punchbags and than when it came to good fighters he screwed up.

The KO is 7mins into the video. Rocket-like punch perfect.

Hatton was a good fighter and did have the potential to be better than Mayweather and Pacquiao. He threw it away, everyone knows he hardly had the life style a boxer needs in order to reach the top.

Mayweather is one of the greatest Ib for Ib fighters of his generation and in my opinion the best since Sugar Ray Lennard. He was baptized in boxing and fought competitive fights the whole way up. Hatton on the other hand never really fought serious class until after his 20th fight: http://www.boxrec.com/list_bouts.php?human_id=9314&cat=boxer

You are correct to question his diet though, I like the guy but he shouldn't let himself get that fat after fights. He drinks 10 pints of Guinness followed by 3 bags of pork scratchings and visits the chip shop afterwards when he's on a night out.

Hmm, perhaps you're right. He may never have had the quality to beat Mayweather, but i still think his career could have been a lot brighter if he had had the right guidance and diet.

Eh I honestly haven't seen much of Ricky Hatton, but I have seen quite a bit of Floyd Mayweather Jr. Judging from last night, Mayweather would have knocked Hatton into next Thursday.

Though, perhaps, in retrospect, Hatton should have dumped Floyd Sr a long time ago.

That's too bad. I felt there were some moments were he was able to get at Pacquiao, but overall he was slow and unable to counter effectively.

Until the end, when he didn't even see it coming. It's been a while since I've seen a fighter out cold for that long in a professional boxing match, let alone one of this magnitude.

So, anyway, Mayweather is going to fight Marquez for the lightweight title. Should he win, a bout with the Pac-Man would be Fucking Epic.
