Forgive me if this is a stupid idea or wrong in my very assumptions, but this is the learning forum.

I know everyone on here (rightfully) hates the bourgeois's mainstream media as just that, bias to the bourgeois and a weapon of theirs to convince the working class against their own class interests. But, by alienating ourselves from that media because of its bias, have we not also alienated ourselves from a main source of information that is flowing to the proletariat? For example, look at the news station "Fox News" who much of the time has radicalized right-wing views, yet they gain prominence; because they have asserted them into the heart of the flow of information (along with using machination to manipulate). Should we not do this ourselves? with our communist or anarchist views and without the cruel manipulation of course.

Yes we should and I think that in doing this sort of thing we need to make it more open by letting the people who watch this media participate and by not keeping any secrets. But the major problem we would face would be, the bourgeois attacking and doing everything to keep it from getting off the ground. So in that case we would need to be SUPER vigilant and constantly watch our asses.

I think that the bourgeois would attack us, but let them; it will be what gets us off the ground. Any person who has worked in the media business will tell you that controversy gains both viewers and thus money. Because of the conflict the corporate media might actually give us the equal air time. Another thing i think we have going for us is that they can only attack ideologically, in which case it is easy to correct their attacks and make the point that they dont want us to be heard. the thing i think we need to avoid is the adapting of our view, becoming reformist in character.
