Propagandhi are Canadian, the band you would be thinking about is The Manic Street Preachers they are from Wales.

They cringe when they are called anarchist also so I don't know if they are that.

Propaghandi are good they are from canada but do not call themselves canadian. this was explained in the booklet in "Less Talk More Rock" They are anarchists too.
