His Infernal Majesty - Finish "love-metal"

This band, HIM, come form Finland but sing in english, like most people. I don't know if anyone else has heard of them. They're quite poppy in a way, but I like them cos they're dark. Pretty much every song is about death and love but it works well, and if you've ever seen the lead singer, well, he's pretty fine!!

my ex boyfriend actually introduced me to them (not personally you understand, just the music). He has a minor obsession with the lead singer. They have releaed three albums, but I think you can only get two in the UK, although I did see the other one in a virgin store in Camden.

the albums are:

Greatest Lovesongs vol. 666 (hard to find in the UK)
Razorblade Romance (there are two versions, a UK one and a European one, I've got the UK one).
Deep Shadows and Brilliant Highlights (I haven't heard this one).

Check them out if you like Marilyn Manson or Cradle of Filth, that kinda stuff.

i'm not keen on him, he reminds me of my ex! they are sooo poppy, they're just dark cheesy chart, but don't get me wrong, i listen to them quite a lot!
