I hope he has a party like last year. That was a night. First, about 9 pm it was a bit boring

...but then Karl Marx got onto the cocktails. So when his fave song came on, the room was all

Don't worry, RR. We shall hold a great party for comrade Lenin. We'll even keep Marx away from the cocktails. ;)

Happy birthday comrade Lenin and thank you for your attempt at bringing a better life to the Russian people, with all your good and bad parts!
PS. How dares Hitler have his birthday in the same week as Lenin ?! I'd say lets smack a neo-Nazi today ! :D

Today is actually Earth Day. Interesting fact, Earth Day was first introduced on April 22, 1970. Right-wing groups immediately speculated that the occasion was a secret way to mark the 100th anniversary of Lenin's birth. Which could be true, who knows.

On the contrary; I think that "earth day", given the official promotion of this holiday and no known significance of April 22nd to the environmentalist movement, "earth day" was most likely introduced as a counter-holiday to disorient the left (most Marxist-Leninist parties used to celebrate the anniversary of Lenins birth during the 70's. I still do, have since I was in High school.).
Red salute, Comrade. RIP.

What are you supposed to do if you don't have any daughters? Or if you have 3? Or if you work as a psychiatrist?
Communist Theory
23rd April 2009, 04:43
Well then you take celebrate Stalin's birthday by only taking one daughter to work and sending the rest off to the gulags for the day.
Obviously.
