hey, I was here for a while and lurked around but left because of RL being waayy to busy for leisure. I remembered of this forum after watching the movie Enemy at the Gates. I did not know much of Stalin so I went and researched some stuff about him and I got led back here :D I just have a question, is that movie kinda historically accurate?

As far as I know, that movie probably isn't historically accurate. I wouldn't know though as I haven't seen it.

Anyhow, I wish I knew of better movies about the Eastern Front, but the best representation I've seen of Red Army soldiers fighting the nazis was in Hannibal Rising (oddly enough). I suggest poking around that site for first person accounts. It has some good ones.

Welcome back, and no that movie really isn't accurate but yes Stalin is a jerk. :D
