Can anyone here provide any good info of any critiques of the of the documents I mentioned on the title? Since I already know that the US constitution/Declaration of Independence/Articles of Confederation/etc are reactionary documents exclusively written by and for the bourgeoisie/upper class not for the working classes but is there a well thought out critique based on factual and historical information out there any one can provide that exposes what those documents (not to mention the "founding forefathers", the "Revolutionary War", etc) what their actually are and what their actually written for?

Michael Parenti has a good analysis in Democracy for the Few.
In my copy from 1988, it is chapter 4, with the title A constitution for the Few. i haven't seen any newer edition so this might have changed.
You might also want to look at Charles Beard's classic: An Economic Interpretation of the Constitution of the United States.
