considering that there are far more "far left" people than fascist and racist activists, why are they so worried about them?

Because nazis in the US seem more into shooting people here and now* then leftists.
*Like when those nazis planned to executre 88 kids and then shoot obama while dressed in white suits.

I would say that is pretty much it, we (the left) are much more organised, interested in mass mobilisations, winning people round to our cause, etc. Where as those on the 'far right' think there will be a 'holy racial war', are fucked up gun nuts, and generally think killing people and beating ethnic minorities will achieve something.

Even look at those on the far far right in the UK (which is relativly 'tame' compared to the US): You have the likes of the Soho Bomber, Martin the paedo/would be nail bomber, a few nutters who burn down buildings with BNP leaflets as fuses, etc etc etc

Who cares what 'they' are worried about. They dont give two shits what happens to you, me, right wing or joe public (i use that for convinience, joe public dont exist, but you no wat i meen)
One day we'll have our report like that... sooner enough anyway...
they dont mind lefties because, to be honest lefties do fuck all but talk and talk and protest... Right wing use violence against innocent people, and when innocent people get hurt, it is really hurting the governments votes... DONT GET ME WRONG IM NOT SAYING ITS WHAT WE SHOULD DO christ no, not by a long chalk, but that is what the government feels. terrorism hurts votes, it gives em a bad rep...
What WILL get us in their little 'reports' (and probibly handcuffs) is if we got together and turned the public against the government... but it will never happen, we'll just get fucked over again, every time we get a foot in the door some 'middle class revolutionary wannabe lefty twat' will fuck it up as they always do. Whenever leftism is fashionable by celebrities and pr men, it harms our cause. And lefty policies will always be fashionable because they know it is supressing it, its a left wing smile with a right wing gun at your head....
sorry, i went on a rant again :o

I think they like to draw more attention to the far right than their credibility demands. In times of crisis, the beourgioise will use the fascists as a means of diluting communist sentiment. I think this is symptomatic of that by allowing these documents into the public domain.

The US ruling class has been letting the neo/proto-fascist pit-bull have a little slack now and then lately, but I think they are loosing their grip a little and that's what they are worried about.

Even though these guys are still small and disorganized, I don't think we can simply laugh them off. The anti-immigrant racism and disillusionment about Bush by conservatives (and the bad economy) has given these guys some traction and momentum. I doubt true neo-nazis will be able to make much of it, but I also wouldn't be surprised if something like the Minutemen does become a real presence/threat.

after the "obama is going to take my guns away so i'm going to shoot some cops stormfront nutjob" (http://www.revleft.com/vb/copkiller-stormfront-member-t105874/index.html) another idot kills some cops, dan savage breaks it down nicely:

...worried that the government is a comin' to take their guns that the quickest way to get the government to come and take your guns—and possibly your life (http://www.nwfdailynews.com/news/cartwright_16963___article.html/elizabeth_deputies.html)—is to start taking shots at people because you're worried that the government is a comin' to take your guns?
You say you don't want the government to come and take your guns? Great. Don't shoot people with 'em and they won't. Start shooting people and the deal is off.

So you are in favour of gun control by the state?

Sasha

euh yes, as long there is a state i am and after the revolution i think guns should be be under the controll of the community who can give them temporarly to the militia or to people who need them to hunt.
i oppose unregulated private gun possesion the same way i oppose car posesion without an driverslicense or the possesion of dangerous chemicals without proper training.

In Cuba (so i have read, please don't kick off at me because i cba arguing it if im wrong) guns are held in many community centres so that the populace can be armed if there is ever a need to do so.

I think this is a great idea.
