Discuss about awesome hardcore gigs you've been to recently, new hc-punk albums coming out, festivals and basically anything surrounding hardcore punk in this thread.
Anyone pumped up for the new Limp Wrist album? Trash Talk - East of Eden? Sound and Fury 2009?

I haven't been updated on the hc punk scene...
But I love Bad Brains, Cro-mags, Comeback Kid, Fucked Up, and Cancer Bats.
And Crust Punk is more Anarchist than Hardcore

I like older hardcore like Bad Brains, Black Flag, Minor Threat, Adrenalin O.D., you know? I don't really care for the modern stuff.

Does anyone listen to R.A.M.B.O? one of my all time favorite bands. They were a fast as fuck straight edge, vegan, anarchist hardcore/crust punk band. Almost all their lyrical themes are about how awesome bikes, circle pits, anarchism and stage diving is. Look them up if you don't know them. R.I.P
See the cops ahead, link arms!
March in unison, now charge!

I've seen Streetlight once in January, I'm wearing the shirt I bought there now, and it was awesome. I just wish the crowd wasn't full of douchebags who don't understand the concept of skanking. My friend has seen Catch. He said he got to talk to Ryan Eldred.
And LÖC is awesome.

The problem at the show I was at was the venue's size. There were too many people to skank at first, then people got tired and pissed off after pushing and shoving like idiots so a proper circle formed. Its really a bother when people don't know what the fuck they are doing and ruin it for people who want to skank.
This is a video from the when Catch played back in August, it was pretty fun up on stage.

CBK are great. I like Andrew's vocals, but their Broadcasting... album was a bit weak, IMO. Wake the Dead had much better songs.
