Chavez also visited the Party School of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) earlier on Thursday, the highest training institution for CPC officials.
... Chavez called for closer cooperation in such areas as ... cadre exchanges ...

Chávez's idea is graduating some Venezuelan PSUV militans at Beijing, so they conform the nucleus of the future PSUV cadres school in Venezuela.

Do you think subjects like "Mao's Ten Major Relationships, Zhou Enlai's Four Modernizations, Basic fundamentals of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics (market reforms of Deng Xiaoping) and Hu Jintao's principles of the Three Representatives" are enough for a wouldbe socialist cadre?

Seriously?

No.

I think this will enstrengthen relations between China and Venezuela. And China surely needs Venezuela as much as Venezuela needs China.

Seriously?
The Bolivarian Press Agency was more explicit than its Chinese counter part. It is a fact that PSUV militants will travel to China to study for becoming a cadre.

Why don't they form their own "cadre school" in Venezuela or if Cuba has these "cadre schools" why not send them to the Cuban ones?

Dengist reform is poison. Socialism was strangled out in China. If Chavez wants to teach Marxism-Leninism to his cadres they should study Marx-Engels-Lenin-Stalin-Hoxha!

All the Communists who fought for China are rolling over in their graves! Mao weeps in his mausoleum! Hoxha was right about PRC opening relations with the US leading to revisionism. Cuba must ensure this never happens in over there!!

The Chinese Communist party? Do they even have a communist party anymore for its the elite ruling the lower classes now. Mao's china is dead thanks to Deng and his reforms. The "Peoples Republic of China" has been dead since 1975. This is the State Capitalist China so I could hardly call anything about it now Socialist or communist.
