I've had three in my lifetime. I don't know about the one you specify but, I've had an older Gibson SG which sounded very tin-ny. A too beautiful blonde Les Paul which I was afraid to touch. and a piece of crap acoustic. I have a list I will try to find that gives points on what to look at for a particular sound. Guitar Construction is EVERYTHING with sound.

Get a Gibson. Why? Because I said so.

Very convincing argument.
Stick to the classics. Gibson or Fender. Or their respective budget brands, Epiphone and Squire.

The most important thing is: Tone
Fender guitars generally have better "clean" tones; this basically refers to the sound the guitar makes when it is played without effects or overdrive (distortion). Fenders are well-known for clarity, there's less vibration and the guitar sounds as close to an acoustic as possible, that's why blues and jazz guitarists opt for Fender guitars. It's the traditional rock 'n' roll sound that made the guitar so famous.
A gibson, on the other hand, delivers a "heavier" sound because of it's Humbucker pickups. Listen to Soundgarden, Led Zep or Foo Fighters, you can easily pick out the crunchy, metallic hum of Gibsons. Modern rock outfits prefer Gibsons because it generally sounds better on distortion, more aggressive, more powerful, although it sounds "tinny" on clean, more treble than bass.
So, it looks like both even out pretty much. There's lots of other good electric guitars out there like Ibanez, Paul Reed Smith, Washburn, Fernandes, Esp, Yamaha etc.
Or just try 'em all...
Good luck!
i'm actually looking for an acoustic suffianr  but thanks anyways...

Acoustics? Godin, Ovation and Fenders are amongst the best, according to some People Who Know Guitar Stuff.
p.s./ Red Celtic, I got a Fender Squire Strat, Japan Model. Blood red. :)

If you're looking for an acoustic, the best quality is a Martin. Kind of expensive though.
with acoustics it's important to check to see if it's warped, which is pretty commonplace. Hold the guitar by the neck straight out at eye level to check. And check the joint at the neck where it connects to the body to make sure it's not coming unglued.
Buying a guitar is a big investment.
