Do you like these Armenian band??? I personaly do... They are wonderfull... Are they true activists or just false, commercial ones? Are they continuing tradition of activist music... Like RATM?

In answer to your question, yes they are political and they are activists. they are also a great band....if you like them i recommend propaghandi and breach of trust

Ooooh, Chop Suey, I could listen to it over and over and over...

I haven't heard much of their music, I'd say, like 10 songs. New and old. Or something. But those that I have heard are cool.

I think they are (or were) true "activists", don't know how it is nowadays, but the music - and some lyrics - are great.

I've seen Aerials just once with really crappy screen, but I remember it was cool.

If they make a video out of Chop Suey, I'll be like "!!!!!!!!!!!!!".

That's a great one to listen late at night, when you're really tired. It just blows you awake. :biggrin:

I'm a political midgit so I haven't really done much interpreting of lyrics, but I love toxicity (the album). it's awesome, I even managed to get loads of non-metal/alternative people to like it with repeated playing.

I think the creature in the aerials vid is male, as it's surrounded by "hot" girls the whole time.

I tell you what tho, atwa is the most awesome song, one of my faves. i haven't heard any earlier stuff, is it good? and does "atwa" stand for anything, cos it's a bit random.

i agree mentalbunny...atwa is an awesome song.i was listenin 2 their 1st album system of a down at my friends house the other day...its quite experimental and every song sounds different its cool though. Also its quite random stuff they sing about!

EDIT: THere is a video for chop suey its awesome quite scary at first tho!
