What is it with this program that whenever i add a sound it wont let me add music longer than x minutes and it decides to cut itself off?

Does anyone know of a better free movie editor that doesnt do this crap?

I briefly worked with Ulead before and found it fairly good. Its not free but I'm sure you can find a copy if you look around. Hint, hint
