Ok, so I have been in the process of making a new website for around 2 months now. It's for a recycling company I have, I already have a hosted website, but it has a shitty template and doesn't work well.

I have already made my template using Dreamweaver. My question is how do I add news.

Is there a way to make it where I can just click a button to add news or do I have to go to dreamweaver and edit my template every time?

If you have the option, I suggest using a Content Management System (CMS) like for example Joomla! (http://www.joomla.org/). This takes all the underlying work of fiddling with html and proper templates out of your hands, so you can focus on what is actually important: content. In the case of Joomla! there are already thousands of free and commercial templates available for your chosing.
